Mission Statement

CREN is a 501(c)(6) non-for-profit organization focused on bringing together commercial real estate practitioners to learn, grow, and excel. Founded in 1972, CREN was originally known as The Texas Equity Marketing Network and subsequently The Houston Property Exchange. Today, CREN carries forward the same rich traditions that have brought value to members since our inception.
