Lindy Oliva (Pulte Homes) was able to bring a wealth of knowledge and insight into the new city/county flood regulations and how those will affect new development.
Lindy grew up north of Houston in Conroe, TX and graduated from Conroe High School. She obtained a Bachelors in Finance from Sam Houston State University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. Lindy began her career as an auditor for McCall, Gibson & Company auditing MUD Districts, HOA’s and other governmental entities. Lindy subsequently spent time as an auditor for Lennar Corporation before moving in to an operations role. Lindy was a Controller for TOUSA and subsequently a Vice President of Finance for Centex. Lindy joined Pulte during the merger of Pulte and Centex in 2009. Lindy was named Division President for Pulte Homes in 2013.
